Reviews
As a learning junkie, I’ve watched a lot of art videos, read many books, and taken a lot of classes. It’s time that other artists benefited from that, so in this section, I review items that caught my interest. I’ll be honest; I’m more likely to review something I liked than something I hated, because I have no desire to take an author down. That said, I’ll do my best to give you a good idea of what I got from each item, why it worked or didn’t work, and who I think it is best suited for. I’m not sticking just to new releases; there are plenty of useful items that may even be out of print, and I’ll let you know when one of them is worth tracking down (as well as how to do that).
As with any reviews, your mileage may vary, so do post comments that share your experiences with an item, as well as any questions you have. You’ll be helping other artists out by doing so.
